Dr. Sandhya, Co-Founder and Managing Director, is a highly accomplished veterinary professional with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from PV Narasimha Rao Veterinary University, Hyderabad, and a Ph.D. in Microbiology specializing in immunology and infectious diseases from Iowa State University. With over two decades of academic and clinical experience, she has mentored and led teams of scientists, graduate students, and research assistants in designing complex experiments, and she currently serves as faculty at the University of South Florida. Author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Sandhya brings a research-driven approach to Seven Oaks, ensuring standardized, high-quality clinical standards across all locations in the U.S. and India.
Her leadership extends beyond Seven Oaks as Managing Director of SaiberAssist, a leading virtual assistant company. In her free time, Dr. Sandhya serves as a trustee and executive board member of the Hindu Temple of Florida in Tampa. Known for her expertise and compassion, she is the founder of the Hermione Duncan Reddy Foundation, which provides financial assistance to families who might need help affording veterinary care for their pets.
